Brookvale Campground FAQ

Brookvale Campground’s staff are here to help, so if you have any questions regarding your stay or other general Osoyoos camping questions, feel free to let us know!

When does the campground open?
The Brookvale Campground is open from April 1st to October 4th. Information about the our facilities and rates can be found here. For long term winter camping rates and information please email us info@brookvalecampground.com
Do I need a reservation?
No, but they are needed for the long weekends. Theses should be made well in advance. A reservation is the best way to secure a site, and avoid disappointment.
How do I make a reservation?
Send us an email or fill out our Reservation Form or just give us a call at (250) 495-7514.  We require a 50% deposit by Visa, or Master card.
What if I need to cancel my reservation
The Brookvale Campground requires 30 days notice for refund of deposit minus the $25 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days your deposit will be forfeited.
Do you have a sand beach?
Yes we have a beautiful sand beach along the Osoyoos Lake, we also have a boat ramp available for any of our guests with water crafts.
Do you have flush toilets and hot showers?
Yes we have flush toilets and hot showers that are coin operated (one loonie/3minutes). We ask that you keep your shower short for the people that may be waiting. We have a washroom building on grounds, please see our Campground Map page for full details.
Does the campground have water/electrical hookups/trailer sites?
The Brookvale Campground has 52 serviced campsites, with hookups for electricity (30 amp) and water. Please dump at a sani-dump station prior to your arrival. We have only 18 full service sites but there is a Pumping Service that comes 3 times a week and will pump you out right at your site for a nominal charge. Just sign up at the office!
What are the campground rules?
We enforce the same sorts of rules you would expect to see in most Osoyoos campgrounds with the goal of ensuring an enjoyable camping experience. Our campground’s rules are printed on the back of your camping map. For a full list of campground rules, please visit our Terms & Conditions page.
Do I need a reservation?
Yes, and we strongly recommend you make your Osoyoos camping reservations at least three weeks in advance during the High Season, as our units usually fill up quickly. If you would like to request for more information on our availability, or have any questions, please feel free to call our office during work hours and we would be happy to assist you. 
How do I get my name on the Waitlist?
If the dates you would like to reserve are not currently available, you can request us to put you on our waiting list. Though, we cannot guarantee you a reservation, we will try our best to accommodate for any last minute Cancellations.
What should I bring?

Is there a store in the campground?
Yes there is. The store has a wide variety of soft drinks & snacks, ice, as well as some of those little necessities you may have forgotten, sunscreen, basic toiletries etc. PLEASE NOTE: due to the Covid-19 pandemic our store will only be selling water & ice in an effort to reduce crowding in the office/store. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Do you have firepits?
No, we do not allow wood fires on site. You’re welcome to bring a propane fire pit.
