Reservations
Accepted by phone and email starting March 15th. During high season all sites and cabanas have a 7 day minimum should you choose to make a reservation (Saturday to Saturday). A deposit is required and may be paid by Visa or Mastercard. Full amount due upon arrival and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Deposits
In order to secure your booking we require a 50% deposit of your total reservation cost.
Renewals
You have the priority to book the same campsite and/or cabana, for the exact same time slot if you have held a site for the last 2 years and it has been a weekly stay. *Please Remember to re-book your stay for the following year before check-out*
Cancellation Policy
If you give less than 30 days’ notice of cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited. If you give more than 30 days’ notice of cancellation, there will be a $25.00 administration fee with the remaining amount refunded. Upon arrival days booked and not used, will be paid in full.
Prior to arrival
Alterations to confirmed reservations must be made 30 days prior to your arrival. Upon arrival days booked and not used are to be paid in full.
